The Cyrus Decree

IN THE ANOINTING AND CALL OF CYRUS WE DECREE:
The Lord God of heaven has given us ~ His body ~ all the kingdoms of the earth; and He has commanded us to build Him a house ~ to raise up the Tabernacle of David ~ in Jerusalem. Who is among you of all His people? May Yehovah his Elohim be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem and build the house of Yehovah Elohim of Israel ~ He is Elohim. And whoever is left in any place where he dwells, let the men of his place help him with silver and gold, with goods and livestock, besides the freewill offerings for the house
of God which is in Jerusalem. (Ezra 1:2-4; Is 61:4)
In the anointing of Cyrus we call forth the dancers, singers, musicians, shofar and trumpet blowers, timbrel players, drummers, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, intercessors and everyone upon whose hearts God has placed the desire to reclaim the kingdoms of the earth. We call in the lost, the prodigal and the sinner. We cry out for the one who has strayed from the ninety-nine and is in need of rescue. We decree today that revival and repentance will sweep the city and that all will hear the gospel of peace. We proclaim that every dark place will resound with singing and salvation.
We decree: God has given Jerusalem to His people. He has charged us to build Him a house ~ to raise up the Tabernacle of David with lively stones ~ that all men might seek after the Lord as He has prophesied for the last days. (Acts 15:16-17). We declare that the city will be rebuilt according to the divine pattern He has ordained for it ~ to be a city of refuge and salvation, a city of the priests of the Lord, a city of light, the city of the King. As it was in Samaria in Acts 8:8:
“And there was great joy in that city...” So let it be in Jerusalem!
We prophesy to Israel: All that Elohim has ordained and promised for you in the last days shall be fulfilled. Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. Jerusalem, you shall be rebuilt. Your old ruins shall be rebuilt; Your cities shall be raised up and repaired. Temple, your foundation shall be laid.
Once again in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem will you hear the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who will say: “Give thanks to the LORD of Hosts, for the LORD is good and His mercy endures forever.” (Jeremiah 33:11)
As the Lord has commanded us, we go forth in this Cyrus anointing according to His own strategies. As we go our God will arise and scatter the enemy, tear down the high places, break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut asunder the bars of iron. He will give His people the treasures of darkness and the hidden riches of secret places. He will build His holy temple founded on Jesus Christ – Yeshua HaMashiach ~ the Cornerstone. We give thanks to the Lord for He is good and His mercy endures forever. Blessed be the Lord God of Israel!
